By participating in the Growth Battle Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- The referral program is open to individuals, freelancers, agencies, and businesses.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- All referral information must be accurate and genuine.
- Growth Battle reserves the right to approve or reject any referral.
2. Referral Submission
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form.
- The referred client must be a new potential customer of Growth Battle.
- Existing clients, duplicate referrals, and self-referrals are not eligible.
- Referrers must have permission to share the potential client’s contact details.
3. Referral Commission
- Commission is earned only when a referred client purchases and pays for an eligible service.
- Commission rates depend on the service package and final agreed selling price.
- Any commission displayed on the website is an estimate, not a guaranteed amount.
- The actual commission will be confirmed once the client deal is finalized.
- No commission is payable for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or unpaid orders.
4. Commission Payment
- Payments will be processed after Growth Battle receives and verifies the client’s payment.
- Payments may be made through approved local bank transfers or other mutually agreed payment methods.
- Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
5. Referral Ownership
- The first valid submission of a potential client will generally receive referral priority.
- Growth Battle may reject referrals already present in its sales pipeline.
- Submitting a referral does not guarantee commission or ownership of a client.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Spam, misleading promotions, fake leads, and fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited.
- Referrers must not make unauthorized promises about Growth Battle’s pricing, services, or results.
- Referrers cannot represent themselves as Growth Battle employees or official partners without written permission.
7. Commission Rates
- 1–3 successful referrals per month: 15% commission.
- 4–10 successful referrals per month: 20% commission.
- 11 or more successful referrals per month: 30% commission.
- Commission tiers are based on eligible successful referrals, not simply submitted leads.
- Final commission calculations and applicable tiers are subject to Growth Battle’s verification.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Personal information will be used only for referral management, client communication, and payment processing.
- Referrers must respect client privacy and confidentiality.
9. Program Changes & Termination
- Growth Battle may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program with notice on its website.
- Fraudulent activities or violations of these terms may result in immediate disqualification.
- Valid commissions earned before termination will remain payable, subject to these terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Growth Battle.
